The initial focus will be on basic needs which are not currently being met in the refugee camps, and on developing income generation and household asset opportunities for the camp residents and host communities. 

Once the situation changes and the siege of Tigray is lifted, EARDA will be mobilising emergency, rehabilitation and development support for communities across the border from Sudan inside Tigray.
